House. Early or mid C17 with alterations of early C20. 2-cell lobby-entrance
plan. 2 storeys and attics. Timber-framed and plastered. Plaintiled roof
hipped at right-hand end, with central chimney of red brick and gabled
plaintiled casement dormers. 2-light early C20 casements with leaded glazing.
1-storey gabled plaintiled C20 entrance porch with panelled door. Typical C17
framing exposed internally. Original newel staircase in entrance lobby rises
through 2 storeys. Massive central chimney; the right-hand brick arched
parlour fireplace is exposed.
