Cottage. Late C17 or early C18. Flint and brick, partly rendered,
thatched roof. Single storey and attic, 2 bays, with single storey
flat-roofed extension on north along Pollen Lane. Gabled porch to
entrance in narrower eastern service bay. C20 door. Bay window to
main living room and one flush dormer, the windows with diagonal
cames. Gable stack to left, and roof half hipped to right.
