Rectory, now private house. Rebuilt 1728 for Rev John Talman, and
described as having 2 parlours, 2 chambers, 2 garrets and stable.
Dispersed flint and stone with tiled hung gables and tiled roof.
Two storeys, cellar and attics. Western block is early-mid C18,
five bays, of brick, with stone quoined openings. Twelve-paned
sashes. Two gables and dormer between. Stack to west gable. To
rear, extensive early C19 additions, with canted bay to south and
service rooms in east wing. Entrance to stair hall, in C19
section.
Interior has original chimney piece in parlour, and reused moulded
ceiling beams.
