House. Early C18, Flemish bond brick with flared headers; top of right gable
wall has herringbone brick infill to timber frame; thatched roof; brick stacks.
3-unit lobby-entry plan. One storey and attic; 4-window range. Segmental arches
of alternating red and flared brick over C20 door and C20 ground floor
casements; C20 casements to half-dormers. Half-hipped roof; ridge stack and left
gable end external stack. C20 brick outshut. Interior not inspected but noted as
having chamfered and stopped beams, chamfered bressumer and bread oven to
fireplace.
