Farmhouse, probably late C16. 2 storeys, 3-cell cross-entry plan. Timber-
framed and plastered. Machine-made plaintiled roof. An axial C16/C17 chimney
of orange/buff brick. A C19 gable chimney to left. Early C20 splayed bay
windows at ground storey, and casements above. Gabled plaintiled C20 entrance
porch with open arched outer doorway. A rear service range of possibly
C16/C17 origin. In the hall are exposed close-studding and roll-moulded 1st
floor joists of late C16 type.
