Mid-late C18 house of two storeys, three bays. Tiled roof with end chimneys. Brick now pebbledashed but showing dentil cornice. Sash windows with glazing bars in exposed moulded frames. At first floor centre an early C19 canted oriel and at ground floor right a late C19 square bay. Six-panel door, with rectangular fanlight, flanked by pilasters. External louvred shutters to some windows. Group value grading.
Glenthorne, Perryfield, Grenedehar, The Firs, Acacia House, Acacia Cottage, Highfield Cottage and the former Magnolia House form a group.
