Cottage. C17 with mid C19 addition set back to left. Older part timber
framed and plastered with a thatched roof. 1 1/2 storeys. 2-cell form. C19
casement windows; C20 door to rear. Internal stack with small square shaft.
One-bay mid C19 addition: colourwashed brick, pantiled roof. 2 storeys. 3-
light small-paned casement windows under segmental arches, with brick
hoodmoulds. Main room has floorbeam dated 1664 and heavy plain joists. Small
joists in right hand cell. Clasped-purlin roof with ridge piece. Under
renovation at time of survey (May 1986).
