Detached house. Circa 1840. Flemish bond brick with chamfered
quoins, hipped Welsh slate roof with brick stacks. Two-storey, 3-
window. Central 4-panelled door in trellised tent porch with
fanlight, canted bay either side with margin-pane glazing bars.
Plat band to first floor; three 16-pane sashes. Deep eaves on
paired wooden brackets. Right return has shallow gabled porch with
planked door, 2-light casement to first floor. Left return has
canted bay to ground floor, 16-pane sash to first floor.
Attached to right of front are curved brick dwarf walls with stone
pitched coping and cast-iron spearhead railings, central double
spearhead gates with chamfered stone gate piers and larger pair of
cast-iron gates to stable yard to right.
