Two storey, four window building of C16 origin. Tiled roof has four gables of early C17 appearance, one over projecting staircase bay. Compound central brick chimney stack and another at left with diagonal shafts. These and walls now roughcast. C19 leaded casements. Modern rear extensions. Inside very wide Tudor fireplace, now plastered, and a smaller one upstairs. Stout beam with ogee chamfer stop in main room. cl? screen of columns in hall.
