House. Mid-late C17. Timber framed and plastered with original tarred brick
gable end to south. Roof of glazed black pantiles. 2 storeys and attic. 2-
cell, end chimney plan. 2 windows, C18-C19 casements. C19 4-panel door (the
upper panels glazed) set in the side of a gabled timber porch. Studding of
variable quality, quite widely spaced, and without bracing. Roof has a single
row of clasped purlins and a ridge piece. Original newel stair behind stack.
