1826, dated on stone plaque on 1st floor with name : PLEASANT PLACE. 2 storeys,
5 bays in all. Low pitched slate roofs, centre part hipped outward with gullies.
Stock brick. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars on
ground floor, small paned casements on 1st floor. No 5 has half-glazed door
in modern trellis porch with tiled hood. The 1st and 3rd 1st floor windows
blocked, and left ground floor window modernised. Entrance to No 6, on right
return, has part glazed 6-panel door in old wood trellis porch.
