churchyard between 4 and 7 metres
south east of Church of St Mary
the Virgin

Group of five chest tombs. Late C17 and C18. Limestone. Group of
three to south of similar design; two fielded panels, reeded or
fluted pilasters, moulded friezes and flat or weathered tops; all
with illegible inscriptions. Two C17 tombs to north have plain
side panels, heavy moulded flat tops, good lettering on inscription
of north tomb, to John Wallis died 1687, south one ivy-covered and
illegible.
