Small House. C17, (possibly earlier) and C18. Timber framing with wattle and
daub and brick infill, also limestone rubble with brick dressings; thatched roof
with brick stacks. 3-unit baffle-entry plan. One storey plus attics. 2 units to
left are of small framing on a rubble plinth; right bay is C18 rubble with brick
quoins and segmental arches and contains the entrance. 2-light casements to left
and right of door and central 3-light dormer. Half-hipped roof with stacks to
right of centre and to right gable. Single-storey C20 extension to right. Rear
has bread oven projection, Interior: Open fireplace with inglenook; plank doors;
3-bay clasped-purlin roof.
