House. Early C19. Brick on stone plinth with Welsh slate roof. Double pile
plan, 2 storeyed, 3 bays with central door in painted surround with radial
fanlight, delicately wrought. Outer 16-light sash windows with fine astragals
and flat arched gauged brick heads. Sill band continues cornice line of flat
roof and single storeyed left-hand bay with blind window, and doorway beyond
and this is balanced to the right by screen wall with doorway through to
rear. Attached tothe house to the right is a garden wall which then returns
along the street front. Brick with high plinth and buttresses in north range.
Piers with pyramidal copings on street front and central gate piers and gates
in a lower section: piers have pyramidal copings, and the gates are wrought
iron with spear heads forming 2 curves.
