House. Mid C18. Coursed rubble, C20 pantile and stone slate roof. Quoins
to left. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Openings have wedge lintels with deep
keystones. In third bay, C20 part-glazed door below 3-pane overlight, the
lintel grooved as for voussoirs. Sash windows with thick glazing bars and
flush wood architraves. Stone slate course at eaves. Shaped kneeler and
ashlar coping to left. Brick stacks at end left and 2 to right. Probably
originally one house with no 13 (qv).
