dressings, stone slate roof. 2 storeys with rear outshut. 3 bays.
Projecting quoins. Openings have projecting surrounds. Sash windows.
Ground floor: in centre, doorway with boarded door and window, flanked
by windows with sill bands. First floor band. Shaped kneelers, ashlar
copings, end stacks.
