Farmhouse. Mid C18. Coursed squared sandstone, some cobbles; pantile roofs
with stone slates at eaves. 2 storeys, 2:3 first-floor windows. Main
house, to right: quoins. Central 4-panel door in chamfered ashlar surround,
with later timber porch with Welsh slate roof. Above the door, a sash
window with glazing bars in ashlar surround. On either side on each floor a
Venetian window with ashlar surround and sashes with glazing bars. Shaped
kneelers, ashlar coping. Brick end stacks. Range to left, slightly
recessed: quoins to left. To left, on each floor a matching Venetian
window, and to right, on first floor, a sash window with glazing bars in
ashlar surround. Shaped kneeler, ashlar coping and brick end stack to left.
Rear: round-arched landing window; side-sliding sash windows. Right return:
constructed mainly of cobbles.
