Farmhouse, cottage, stable and cart-shed with hayloft above, all under
1 roof. Dated 1871 and 1879 but probably built earlier in C19. Rubble,
stone slate roof. 2 storeys. House: 3 bays, sashes with glazing bars,
1 lintel inscribed 'F M 1871'. Central porch, recently added . To
right, 2-bay cottage with boarded door. To left, added cart-shed with
good voussoirs to segmental arch; stable with boarded door, on lintel
'F M 1879', external stone steps to boarded door of hayloft, 1 shuttered
window and 1 sash window above. Copings, ridge stacks at ends overall
and also ends of house. Inscriptions refer to Francis Morley of Marrick
Park.
