SD 99 NW MUKER IVELET

14/141 Ivelet Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Dated 1761. Rubble, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays, with
partial rear outshut. Between bays 2 and 3, part-glazed door in ashlar
surround with moulded imposts and shallow basket-arch to soffit of lintel.

Above it, a plaque inscribed 1761. 4-pane sash windows in ashlar
surrounds. Stone gutter brackets. Stacks between bays 1 and 2 and at end
right. On right return of outshut, window with above it a stone inscribed
"DAIRY", to exempt it from Window Tax.
