Trent Bank House

II

House. Late C18. Brick with pantile roof. Dentillated eaves,
coped gables with kneelers, 2 gable stacks. 3 plus single
storeys, 3 bays. Main facade windows are glazing bar sashes with
segmental rubbed brick heads. East front has central reeded
doorcase with curved brackets to dentillated hood and panelled
door with overlight. Flanked by single windows. Above, central
blank panel flanked by single windows. Above again, smaller
central blank panel flanked by similar smaller windows. To left,
single storey service wing, 3 bays, has to left a C20 casement
and to right, 2 Yorkshire sashes. Rear elevation has to left,
C20 lean-to addition with pantile roof and a French window. To
right, a glazing bar sash with a segmental head. Otherwise,
irregular C19 and C20 fenestration. Interior has a re-set C19
reeded Classical style fireplace.
