Farmhouse, outbuildings and 2 hop kilns. Early C19. In two parts, outbuildings
extending from rear left of farmhouse to 2 hop kilns. Farmhouse: irregularly
bonded brick hipped slate roof, brick end stacks, square ridge plan, 2 storeys,
deep boarded eaves, 3 glazing bar sashes under splayed brick heads, tripartite
sashes to ground floor, central entrance under ogee canopy, semi-circular
fanlight, half-glazed door. Outbuildings and hop kilns: brick with slate roofs.
Hop rooms and domestic outbuildings linking to 2 square plan hop kilns. 2 storeys,
dentilled eaves, irregular fenestration, 4 C19 casements to first floor, loft
entry to right reached by flight of steps. Kilns have pyramidal roofs with
wooden rotating cowls.
