House. "FG 1835" on plaque on south elevation. Sandstone rubble, sandstone
dressings, asbestos slate roof and brick end stacks. Two storeys, three
windows, mid- or late C19 casements, those on the ground floor beneath
segmental openings with dressed voussoirs and projecting keystones, 6-
panelled entrance door slightly left of centre. Attached to the left is
low single-storey building with brick stack and mid-C19 door, probably a
former smithy. Forms a strong group with the nearby Baptist Chapel (qv).
