Includes No 5 Northumberland Street. Circa 1830-40. Two storeys. Four windows
plus 2 lower recessed one window wings. Ashlar with ground floor and 1st floor
cill bands returned to side wings, and moulded eaves cornice. Slate roofs, 4 ashlar
chimneys, coped gables with footstones. Late glazed sash windows with simple architraves.
Doorway of No 2 has shallow pediment with antefixae on pilasters, and a 6 panel
door. The gable end of the wing to No 5 has 2 round headed windows and a door
similar to No 2 at side. Lean-to extensions on north side. Godroon rimmed urn
in classical style with lion's masks in garden to north of No 5.
