Used by Southampton University Air Squadron 1846 by T. S. Hack in an Italianate
style. Three storeys and attics stuccoed the ground floor rusticated. Slate
roof and wide paired bracketed eaves cornice. Five windows. Second floor
windows have a band of guilloche moulding breaking through. First floor windows
have Corinthian pilasters and stuccoed shell ornament in the tympana of the
arches over. Ground floor has projecting 5 bay Tuscan colonnade across the
whole of the front. Four steps to street. The rear elevation is faced with
Devonshire slates.
