Mid C19. Stucco; 2 storeys, the lower rusticated; 8 sash windows with single
glazing bars; moulded bands; small modillion eaves cornice; tiles. Ground
floor has a moulded pilaster doorcase with cornice hood on consoles, a moulded
pilaster doorcase with semi-circular head and fanlight, and an arched covered-way
on right-hand side with rusticated surround.
