Detached cottage. Early C19. Cary stone cut and squared; plain clay tile roof between stepped coped gables; brick end
chimney stacks. Two storeys, 3 bays. Sash windows of 16 panes, sash boxes set nearly flush, under voussoired flat
arches at ground floor level; to lower bay 2 a C20 part-glazed door under timber lean-to hood. Outshut to rear.
