House, C17 core with C18 and C19 additions forming a T plan. Finely coursed
ironstone rubble, Welsh slate roofs. Original range is two storeys with dormer
attic, two units with central six panelled door in moulded stone architrave-
4-light stone mullioned window to its right, three lights to the left, ovolo
moulded. Upper windows are 3-light wood mullions and transoms, with painted
surrounds and keystones, the upper storey possibly a later heightening. One
sliding sash window in gabled dormer. Coped gables with moulded kneelers.
Axial and gable stacks. Right hand wing is a C18 addition, ironstone rubble
with angle quoins to front elevation and brick to rear. Two triple light sashes
with stone architraves and keys to ground floor on the inner face, 4-light wood
mullioned and transomed windows above with stone architraves and keystones.
Moulded brick eaves cornice. Wood mullioned and transomed windows in brick
rear wall with steeply cambered heads. Dentilled eaves. Rear of original range
modified c1770 by the addition of a large Regency brick bow, with three curving
sashes to each floor with flat arched gauged brick heads and slender astragals, "
with some original glazing. Ground floor windows are full height. Dentilled
parapets above. In the angle with the rear wing C18 doorcase with lugged architrave
and central triple light floor length sash window with ornamented keystone in
flat lintel.

Attached to the house is a length of boundary wall, C18. Mud with stone plinth
and tiled coping.
