Cottage, apparently originally early C18. Coursed rubble with stone
tiled roof. 1½ storeys with a single gabled dormer, recently restored
and newly dated 1710. Single unit plan with doorway in hipped roof
porch, and roofed, canted bay window to the right. Stone base to brick
stack shared with No. 10.
