Cottage. Late C17 with later additions and alterations. Timber framed
with rendered infill and plinth; slate roof. 2-cell plan. Framing:
square panels, 2 from high cill to wall-plate with long straight tension
braces to rear and right gable end. C20 casements in panels of framing to
left and right of central boarded door under C20 rustic porch; late C19
slate-hung gabled eaves directly above. Internal end stack to left with C19
lean-to below. Also known as Sunnyside.
