Cottage of 1775. Coursed rubble stone and Collyweston slate roof with
stone coped gables and red brick end stacks. Entrance to rear. 1½ storeys
of 2 2-light dormers over outshut, 2-light casement, 2 doors, and blocked
1-light. Stone tablet carved with 'John Abby, 1775'. Rear to road has
3 2-light windows with 2-light dormer over. To left (from road) an extension
with garage doors, 2-light dormer over and 1st floor 2-light on end.
Inside Inglenook and chamfered stopped ceiling beam.
