Farmhouse. C18 with C19 modifications. Local lias stone cut and squared, front elevation rendered and colourwashed;
Welsh slate roof coped on south gable, with overhang to north gable, the south section set lower; brick end and
intermediate chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 5 bays. 12-pane sash windows in plain openings, paired to lower bays 1,3 and 4,
and also upper bay 4, with no window to lower bay 5; 6-panel door, of which 4 are glazed, to bay 2, set in timber and
tiled porch: single storey lean-to against north gable. Interior not seen.
