Farmhouse. C17 origins, C19 modifications. Local stone rubble, Ham stone dressings; half-hipped thatched roof; brick
chimney stacks. 2-storeys, random fenestration - originally a through passage plan. Mostly casement windows with
exposed timber lintels, but on West elevation a 3-light hollow chamfer mullioned window with undressed top mitres and
label over; plain boarded doors. Projection on East side basically of early date; other extensions to North and South
gables; former has Welsh slate roof over first floor granary, having stone steps up on North side; dairy on South side
incorporated under thatch. Inside, collar trussed rafter, partly masked C17 fireplace on South gable, and early board
and strip partition on landing. Little altered since C19.
