Farmhouse and adjoining stables. Late C18, extended early C19,
mid and late C19. Brick and ironstone rubble. Concrete tile,
pantile and slate roofs. 3 gable and single ridge brick stacks.
2 storeys, 4 bays. U plan around stable yard. Front has off-
centre moulded wood doorcase with hood on curved brackets. 6
panel door with blank fanlight. Stone steps. To left, single
sash, and to right, 2 larger sashes. Above, to left, 2 sashes
and to right, 2 larger sashes. All sashes have glazing bars and
moulded wooden surrounds. Beyond, to left, stable with blocked
central door. To its right, 2 small sliding sashes. Single
storey rear wing has to south, a C19 casement. To its left,
stable with central door with segmental head, flanked by single
casements. 2 storey stable on west side of yard has to east, 2
stable doors and 2 casements, with segmental heads. Above, 2
square blocked openings. To its right, single storey stable with
casement flanked to left by blocked door and to right by stable
door, all with segmental heads.
