Gate piers. Probably C18. Doulting stone; about 600 mm square on plan, with plinth, rusticated tooled ashlar blocks,
cornice mould capping and flat tops, overall about 3 metres high. On outer sides a 500 mm return piece with scroll
top; width between piers about 3 metres. One of a group of features on an important site of C18 building.
