House. Mid to late C18. Red brick with hipped old tile roof. 3 storeys.
Rendered plinth, rendered cill bands to centre bay, end pilaster strips,
moulded wooden eaves cornice with small triangular pediment over centre bay,
and stack to left at rear. 5 bays, that in centre slightly projecting;
glazing bar sashes with gauged heads, in centre on second floor with lugged
architrave and on first floor with lugged architrave, pulvinated frieze,
and cornice. Central door with 6 raised and fielded panels, architrave,
semi-circular fanlight with intersecting Gothic tracery and doorcase
consisting of 2 fluted three-quarter Doric columns supporting broken
entablature with triglyph frieze, and open triangular pediment with
patorae on soffit. 2 small flanking C19 round arched side lights with
sashes. 2 bay side elevations. Interior: C18 square well staircase
rising both floors with landings, open string, turned balusters, moulded
ramped handrail with inlay at foot, column newels, and curved top landing
