Mill house. Probably 1864. Ham stone cut and squared, some ashlar dressings; hipped Welsh slate roof; rendered chimney
stacks. In late villa style. Two storeys, 3 bays x 2 bays deep. Plinth; 4-pane sash windows in plain ashlar
surrounds. T lower bay 2 a C19 part-glazed door in moulded architrave, protected by open stone porch having Doric stone
columns and pilasters with plain entablature and flat roof. Side elevations to match. Interior not seen. Included
primarily for group value with, and relevance to, Clapton Mill (qv).
