Farmhouse. Early C19. Red brick with slate roof. Two storeys and
gable-lit attic over basement. Plinth and overhanging eaves.
Integral brick end stacks. Five bays; boxed segmental-headed glazing
bar sashes. Pair of segmental-headed basement openings to right.
Central 6-panelled door (lower 2 beaded flush and upper raised and fielded)
with 3-part rectangular overlight and pilastered surround with tall shaped
brackets supporting triangular pediment, broken back to centre. Steps up
to door with flanking low brick walls. Small attic casements in gable ends.
Two gabled wings at rear of one storey and attic with dentil brick eaves
cornice and integral lateral brick stack. Interior not inspected.
