Shown oon O.S. map as "Holmoak". Semi detached house, formerly part of the Old Vicarage (qv). C17 or earlier in part,
largely rebuilt in 1776 and enlarged in 1852. Ham stone coursed rubble, ashlar dressings, front elevation rendered and
colourwashed; front section has plain clay tiled roof to steep pitch, with stone slate base courses and stepped coped
gables, rear roofs have Welsh slates, the first extension with stepped coped gables; brick and stone chimney stacks.
Two storeys, 2-bay front elevation. Ground floor has 3-light leaded casement lower bay 2. First floor has a 2-light
hollow-chamfer mullioned window in chamfered recess without label, while upper bay 2 has a 2-light leaded casement.
Part-glazed door in plain openng to lower bay 1. West gable has 12-pane sash window below and a small-pane casement
above. Extension to rear of one storey with attic having raked dormer to upper window, then further lower extension.
