(Marked on OS map as Benleigh Cottages and Hazeldene House) House. Early C19. Coursed and squared rubble, hipped slate
roof, 2 tall brick end stacks. Symmetrical frontage of 2 storeys, 3 bays, 16-pane sash windows in dressed stone
surrounds. Central door opening, 6-panelled door, top 4 panels glazed, dressed stone surround. Two storey outshut to
right of frontage is not of special interest.
