Detached house now flats. C18 with C19 additions and alterations, slightly set back from the road. Brick with stucco dressing to road and garden fronts; the NW reveal shows Flemish bond red brick with vitrified headers. 3 storeys.
Exterior: 5 symmetrical bays at left with central projecting C19 porch which has panelled double doors and an arched fanlight. The central 3 bays project slightly. To right of this is a further bay with 3-light sash windows to each floor. The brickwork of its right reveal is Flemish bond to the lower 2 storeys and stretcher bond above. The rear has stucco render to the right hand 3 bays and bare brick of Flemish and stretcher bond to the left. The right 3 bays form a symmetrical composition with a projection at ground flooor level and triple windows to either side of a single light. There is an arched window to centre at 1st floor level. Both main fronts have an entablature to the top of the wall and the sash windows have been replaced with UPVC units without altering the window openings.
INTERIOR: There is richly-moulded cornicing to the hallways and top landing with a central rosette. Open-string staircase with shaped tread ends and stick balusters. One ground floor room has an early C19 cornice, marble fire surround and segment headed sideboard recess.
