House. Circa 1700, was Red Cow beer house by 1816, became house in early
C20. Front in brick, all roughcast with impressed pattern of circles,
plastered wide soffit to projecting front eaves of steep old red tile
roof. A 2-cells, internal-chimney, former lobby-entry plan, 2-storeys
and attics house facing S with 2 gabled rear wings of 2-storeys. W
front has plat-band, 3 windows to 1st floor (of 3:2:3 lights,
casements). Ground floor has 3-lights window to LH, canted bay to RH,
and twin small circular windows on site of former doorway. Entrance now
on W side. Narrow red brick in chimney rising in centre of ridge.
Interior has exposed beams.
