Shown on O.S. map as Castle Farmhouse.
Farmhouse, now house. Probably early C19. Painted brick, slate roof and
end stacks. L-plan with lower range at right-angles to rear on left. 2
storeys and gable-lit attic; 3 bays, left and right bays with round-arched
recesses extending from eaves to ground; segmental-headed glazing bar sashes
to first floor with late C20 aluminium-framed sashes in original segmental-
headed openings to ground floor; central entrance, C20 half-glazed door in
early C19 pedimented doorcase with plain fanlight.
