One house in row of three. C18 with C20 extension. Dressed sandstone and
pantile roof. Single-cell, direct-entry plan originally; extended at
front. 2-storey, 2-window front. C20 part-glazed door in projecting,
gabled extension. Small-pane tripartite window with central sash to left
of extension, and small-pane firewindow at far left. First floor windows
are 2-light, 8-pane horizontal sliding sashes. Left end stack. Interior:
chamfer-stopped bressummer and beam. Plank doors on butterfly hinges.
