House. Circa 1800. Red brick with slate roof. 3 storeys. Dentil
brick eaves cornice and semi-integral end stack to right. 2 bays;
glazing bar sashes with gauged brick heads, 16-pane on ground floor
and blind on second floor; 6 flush-panelled door to left with wreathed
radial fanlight, pilastered surround, and fluted brackets supporting
open triangular pediment. Interior: circa 1800 dog-leg staircase
with open string, shaped tread-ends, turned balusters (2 per tread),
ramped moulded handrail and columnular newel posts.
