Folly, now 2 dwellings. Circa 1790, C20 alterations. Coursed and squared Doulting rubble, dressed quoins, engaged
corner shafts with concave caps, moulded strings at floor levels, tiled helm roofs behind 3 pointed arch gables with
moulded copings and crocketed finials, each gable with a quatrefoil, outer 2 blank; centre gable has 2 equilateral
crosses in relief. Gothic. 1:2:1 bays, outer pair set forward; centre bay of 2-storeys, outer wings of one storey,
lancets in moulded stone surrounds, triple light opening to centre of first floor. Central pointed arch door opening in
simularly moulded surround, half glazed door, traceried decoration; window opening in right bay altered to form
doorway, C20 half glazed door. Later addition to right of one bay, casement on ground floor wooden lancet in half
dormer on first floor. Attached to Park House estate (qv).
