House. Early-mid C18. Coursed squared gritstone, graduated stone slate
roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays with rear projecting bay flanked by outshuts.
Quoins. Central C20 board door in plain surround; open gabled porch with
plain lintel and jambs. Flanking 3-light flat-fronted mullion windows, the
mullions slightly recessed; similar windows to first floor flanking one of
2 lights. Shaped kneelers, gable copings, rebuilt stacks to rear between
house and outshut, bays 1 and 3. Rear: projecting bay flanked by 3- and 2-
light recessed chamfered mullion windows. Right return: C20 glazed door to
outshut has chamfered quoined jambs and large chamfered lintel cut to a
flattened triangular head.
