House, previously 2, part of row. Circa 1470 for Abbot Selwood, later alterations. Coursed and squared Doulting rubble,
eaves course, stone tiled roof with 2 hipped dormers, coped verge to left, brick stacks. Irregular facade. 2-storeys
and attic, 3-bays; predominantly C19 casements except right bay has stone 4-light king mullioned window with label
over, to left 2-light ovolo moulded stone mullioned window. 2 moulded 4-centred arch door openings with decorated
spandrels, to left C20 half glazed door, to right plank door. Interior:- right room on ground floor has cross beam
ceiling, broad fireplace in chamfered 4-centred arch surround of stone, 4-centred wooden doorfra.e in north-east
corner, all that remains of a stud and panel partition.
