Early C18, altered in early C19, perhaps in 1818, the date on a lead rainwater tank,
with initials "RRB". Stucco. Hipped slate roof. Three storeys. Two bays: sashes
with glazing bars. Door with semi-circular fanlight with glazing bars, in wooden
frame with moulded pilasters and moulded cornice.

Garden front is 2-storey. Three bays: sashes with glazing bars (outer ones
tripartite). Door with semi-circular fanlight with glazing bars, in wooden case with
fluted pilasters to modillioned cornice, and wooden porch with 2 Tuscan columns to
entablature.
