Farmhouse. c1800. Squared limestone on limestone rubble plinth; brick
eaves course; concrete pantile roof to house and pantiles to barn; brick
stacks. 3-cell, lobby-entry plan; rear outshuts added. 2-storey, 3-window
front to house, with 1 1/2 storey barn to left. Left of centre, part-glazed
door. Windows to right are 3-light, small-pane, horizontal sliding sashes
to both floors, and to left 3-light casements with glazing bars. Painted
stone sills to all windows, and painted tooled lintels to all openings.
Barn has 2 louvred openings, with single rows of small top panes beneath the
eaves. End right and centre stacks to house.
