House, converted for office use. c.1760, altered mid C19 and early C20.
Red brick, rendered sides and rear. Hipped slate roof. 3 broadly spaced
bays. 3 storeys. Central entrance: doorcase with reeded pilasters,
dentilled open pediment, semi-circular fanlight. Mid C19 porch, round
arches to front and sides with chamfered piers, ornamented caps and
spandrels, moulded head. Glazing bar sashes in reveals with gauged brick
flat arched heads, stone sills, 9 panes to upper storey. Dentilled brick
eaves. End stacks, that to left larger. Sashes to rear. 2 storey early
C20 canted bay to rear right. Long wall extending to rear right.
Interior not inspected. The house stands back from the road fronted by a
forecourt garden.
